'Rescue groups say a Bartow County veterinarian botched multiple spay and neuter surgeries — and some dogs died. One rescuer told us her vet asked, “Was this a student that did this?” Bartow Animal Control confirmed the vet’s employment but said sutures can reopen for many reasons.'
